We want you to love your eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy for all orders within the United States. If your glasses aren't a perfect fit, we provide free shipping on all returns and exchanges to ensure you find the right pair.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Glasses
Place your eyewear in its original case and packaging to prevent damage, then securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Send and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
